The tickets state 8pm but the show didn't start until 9:20pm. The curtain got stuck at the beginning of the show and this may have distracted the artist. His opening song was weak and confusing. It felt like he needed to warm up his voice or he had a cold. As the show continued his performance improved but then time was wasted when the artist danced on a fan and brought other fans on stage. This wouldn't have been an issue if the show wasn't over at 10:47pm. Meaning he performed for an hour. I waited longer than the actual show. A suggestion that might have helped would be to have other artists perform instead of having a DJ play radio music while we wait for a short show that was priced high or set up at the wrong location.
